Mutex Errors

Mutex Lock Timeout in Editor Thread. Anyone knows what to do with this?
---
Try to run Buzz in Compatibility mode (NT4 or 98).
---
Mutex errors - either 1) don't keep opening new bmx files WITHOUT restarting buzz to reintialize all machines and avoid problems 2) Might be a CPU/RAM related problem - get more of each and try your luck
---
Try paramfix.exe ?
--
I don't know how to fix it completely, but if you keep trying to open a bmx over and over, it will eventually get through all the machines without that error. It happens more on computers with slower CPU speeds. Another thing that helps is if you make another copy of buzz and put only the machines you use in it because buzz loads them all at startup and the less it has to load the more stable it will be. All i know about Mutex is it's a thing that handles multi-threading.
---
Try opening it from a different drive, like burning it onto a cd. Found out it worked, by chance. At least for me. Also double click opening the file instead of opening from within Buzz.
---
How can i run paramfix.exe under windows xp (since it must be run in a dos box) ?
Start->run->command will give you a Dos Box
You could also try to drag&drop the file on the paramfix.exe, after you made a backup of the bmx. Note also that if you don't remove the "guilty" machine from the track you probably need to run the paramfix each time you save the song.

Get a faster computer!!
