OMG - a machine (generator or effect) stopped working !

Add the machines to a fresh blank bmx. Play notes or if its an effect, rout some audio input through it. Make sure everything is ok and the sounds are right. Reload your bmx that wasn't working

Double click open the file instead of opening the file from within buzz or vice versa

Inspect your index.txt and .plur if you use overloader, sometimes changes here influence the machine somehow

A few Zephod machines are also known for having a similar mute behavoir, which can be fixed by simply reloading the bmx after a fresh buzz reopen.
